LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY

Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including stains and damage from chewing, see our one-time damage guarantee below) that occur during normal use. If any seam, buckle, D-ring, or label fails during normal use, send us a photo and we’ll issue a credit for a replacement accordingly. Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.

ONE-TIME DAMAGE GUARANTEE

Our one-time damage guarantee covers you in case of excessive wear, chewing, or stains; you will be entitled to a one-time, half-price replacement. If your fur baby chews through a Waggy Pups collar, just send us a photo and we’ll issue you a code to replace it at half price!
